At Spector Bass, we are committed to providing musicians with the highest quality instruments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Instrument

  Carefully place the bass in its original hardshell case or gig bag, ensuring all original accessories and documentation are included in the factory packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outer box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our luthiers inspect the instrument for original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
